What counts as an implementation
An implementation of Decision Sovereignty is a working governance infrastructure that demonstrably operates according to the discipline’s core observations. It sits structurally above the operational layer of the enterprise to which it is applied. It encodes the operator’s judgment as locked doctrine. It enforces approval gates at the points where decisions translate into action. It verifies outputs against doctrine before accepting them as final. And it produces verifiable proof artifacts in the domain to which it is applied. Implementations may be commercial or non-commercial, single-domain or multi-domain, and operated by individuals or by institutions, provided they satisfy these structural criteria.
This page maintains a list of implementations known to the founder of the discipline. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, only acknowledgment that an implementation exists and is operational. Practitioners who wish to be listed should contact nick@decisionsovereignty.com.au with documentation of their implementation.

SOVEREIGN OS™ is the first named commercial implementation of Decision Sovereignty known to the founder of the discipline. It is a methodology, not a product: a layered system of locked doctrine, role-assigned collaborators, approval gates, and verification loops deployed across four arms (Asteris Labs for AI and methodology design, Orion Web Service for digital execution, WOW ME Coaching for human activation, and Sovereign Authorship for creative work at scale).
How new implementations are added
This page is append-only. New implementations are added as they become known and as their practitioners contact this site with documentation. Implementations are not removed even if they become inactive; their entries are marked as such for the historical record.
To submit an implementation for consideration, contact nick@decisionsovereignty.com.au with the subject line “Implementation Submission.” Please include the implementation name, the practitioner or organization operating it, the date of first deployment, the domains to which it has been applied, and any public references that document its existence and operation. Submissions are reviewed at the discretion of the discipline founder and are typically added within four weeks of submission.
A note on competing implementations
The discipline of Decision Sovereignty is intentionally open to multiple implementations. The existence of SOVEREIGN OS™ as the first known implementation does not preclude the development of competing or parallel implementations by other practitioners. Multiple implementations are welcomed and expected. The trademark and proprietary intellectual property rights held by the founder of SOVEREIGN OS™ apply only to that specific implementation, its name, its branding, and its specific architectural choices. The underlying discipline as documented on this site is freely available as a public concept for any practitioner who wishes to develop their own implementation.
